Montauk Residence:

Orchestrations of moving out, into, and up and down on the site linking pool to view

This project has fantastic views from its top level over the water with end of day sunsets. The existing pool sits far beneath this level. The project developed an an exterior addition to the view side of the house along with internal reorganization and refurbishment. This addition allowed for movement out to decks and up and down externally, linking the landscape at different levels including a deck area at the pool and growing gardens beyond.
